Beach Oasis

Beach Oasis is a residential development by Azizi Developments, located in Dubai Studio City. The project consists of two towers — Tower 1 and Tower 2 — connected by a shared ground floor and designed in a contemporary architectural style with smooth façade lines and extensive glass elements. In addition to the ground floor, Tower 1 features nine residential floors, while Tower 2 comprises eight residential floors.

The development offers studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. All residences are designed in light natural tones using high-quality materials and feature panoramic windows that fill the spaces with natural light, creating a sense of openness.
