We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, biometrics etc.) or data of children under 18.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to collect aggregated statistics; cookies are set only after you give consent via our cookie banner. Details are provided in our Cookie Policy. Essential cookies (e.g., language preference) load automatically.

We never sell personal data. We share it only with:
Data in CRM is kept no longer than 5 years after last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion or law requires longer retention (e.g., AML files – 10 years). Analytics data is retained 26 months in GA 4.

- Source: generated in our cloud CRM system
