WhatsApp Messaging Policy

1. How we get your permission (opt-in)

We only message you on WhatsApp if one of the following happened:

1. You started the conversation yourself — you tapped a WhatsApp button on metrika.ae or in one of our ads, or messaged our published number.
2. You submitted an enquiry form on metrika.ae and selected WhatsApp as your preferred way to be contacted.
3. You submitted an enquiry form and ticked the consent box that names WhatsApp.

We record the date, the page you came from, and the exact consent wording you accepted.

We never message people whose numbers came from purchased lists, public listings, directories, or any source other than the three above.

2. What we send

• Answers to your questions about specific properties.
• Brochures, floor plans, payment plans and price lists you asked for.
• Viewing arrangements and reminders for viewings you booked.
• Updates on a transaction you are already part of.

We do not send unsolicited promotions, bulk marketing broadcasts, or messages about properties to people who have not asked us for them.

3. How to stop receiving messages (opt-out)

Reply STOP in the chat, or simply ask us to stop — plain words work, you do not need a keyword. You can also write to privacy@metrika.ae with the phone number you want removed.

We stop messaging within 24 hours, mark the number as opted out in our records, and do not contact it again unless you opt in anew. Opting out of WhatsApp does not affect a transaction that is already in progress; we will use email or a phone call instead if you ask us to.
