Golf Greens 2A

Golf Greens 2A is a project by DAMAC Properties located in DAMAC Hills, representing the first tower of the Golf Greens 2 complex. The concept is based on combining residential living with the district’s natural landscape and panoramic views of the golf course. The tower includes a ground floor, three podium levels, thirty-one residential floors, and a rooftop level.

The architectural design of the tower is defined by expansive glass surfaces, projecting terraces, and a layered façade composition. This approach allows the building to connect with the surrounding green spaces while offering golf course views from most residences.
