Golf Promenade

Golf Promenade is a project by DAMAC Properties located in DAMAC Hills, with a concept focused on creating a residential environment surrounded by golf infrastructure and landscaped community spaces. The project consists of four buildings, each comprising towers A and B connected by a shared podium level. Buildings 3, 4, and 5 feature a configuration of a ground floor, a podium level, and nine residential floors, while Building 2 includes a ground floor, a podium level, and twelve residential floors. The exterior is designed in a contemporary style with an emphasis on panoramic glazing, spacious balconies, and a light façade palette.

The project features studios, as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Interiors are designed in a contemporary aesthetic using natural materials, a light color palette, and functional planning solutions.
