Royal Regency Suites is a residential apartment complex located in Business Bay area. The project by the developer Al Seeb Real Estate Development includes two towers of identical configuration, each consisting of two basement levels, a ground floor, 19 residential levels and a roof.

The exterior of the complex is designed in the style of modern urbanism, with panoramic glazing and glass facades that emphasize the dynamics of the buildings and organically complement the architectural appearance of the area.
