Amazi brings together four waterfront neighbourhoods with chalets and villas designed for private resort-style living in Hawana Salalah.
Designed in collaboration with SB Architects, Amazi is shaped around four distinct neighbourhoods, combining elegant architecture, low-density planning, generous plots, and direct connections to the water.
The collection includes 1- and 2-bedroom chalets, as well as 2- to 4-bedroom waterfront villas, with built-up areas from 58 to 243 sq.m and large outdoor spaces across selected residences.
Residents enjoy access to a beach club, wellness centre, entertainment centre, water sports centre, lagoon-side and beachfront dining, walkable pathways, private waterfront access, and resort amenities across Hawana Salalah.
