Five towers on sale in Sobha's six-tower masterplan by the JLT interchange, next to Jebel Ali Metro. Off-plan, handover 2029 – 2030.
Sobha Central is a six-tower masterplan by Sobha Realty standing directly on Sheikh Zayed Road, at the Bluewaters and JLT interchange end of Jebel Ali First - the JLT side of the corridor, not the Jebel Ali port side. The towers share one elevated podium with parks and a retail mall; Sobha's masterplan places offices, co-working and a business centre on that same podium, so groceries, a desk and a gym sit inside the community rather than a drive away. Sobha describes the address as two minutes from Jebel Ali Metro Station on the Red Line, with two dedicated lanes in and out of the community, a fly-out bridge off the second-floor podium and a ramp-in for arrivals from Abu Dhabi.
Five of the six towers are on sale: The Horizon, The Eden, The Serene, The Tranquil and The Pinnacle - 1,768 apartments in total, one, two and three bedrooms, on the same 20 / 40 / 40 plan across all five, with nothing after handover. The Mirage is shown as sold out in our database. Handover runs from December 2029 for the first four towers to December 2030 for The Pinnacle, which Sobha lists as the tallest of the six at about 360 m.
This is off-plan, bought years before anyone lives there. Sobha Central has no completed tower yet, which means no service charge rate has been published and there is no rental or resale history for the community itself - any figure about future rent or resale is a projection, not a record. Stock, prices and handover dates here come from the Metrika database as of 14 September 2026 and move as units sell.

The community fronts SZR at the Bluewaters and JLT interchange. Sobha's own tower pages put Jebel Ali Metro Station (Red Line) about two minutes away and DXB about 29 minutes by car; the brochure adds two dedicated lanes in and out, a fly-out bridge from the podium and a ramp-in for drivers coming from Abu Dhabi. Those are the developer's figures - broker sources quote different drive times to Dubai Marina, from 8 to 13 minutes.
Six towers stand on one connected podium holding parks and a retail mall; Sobha's masterplan places offices and co-working on the same podium, along with a supermarket reachable through internal lift lobbies, pools, a gym, a dog park, an indoor theatre and a prayer hall. Sobha's brochures describe it as mixed-use from the start rather than a residential tower with a shop underneath.
On sale today: 1,460 one-bedroom, 242 two-bedroom and 66 three-bedroom apartments across The Horizon, The Eden, The Serene, The Tranquil and The Pinnacle. One-bedrooms are four out of every five homes here, so the choice is really about floor, tower and view. Counts and prices are from the Metrika database, 14 September 2026.
Sobha builds with its own in-house construction arm - design, engineering, contracting, material sourcing and quality control in one company - and the payment plan carries nothing after handover. The other side of that: completion is December 2029 for four towers and December 2030 for The Pinnacle, no construction percentage has been published for any of them as of 14 September 2026, and no service charge rate exists until a tower is handed over.
