Three towers between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters. 80 homes on sale today - one-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom floors and 5-6 bedroom penthouses.
Sobha SeaHaven is three towers on one waterfront plot in Dubai Harbour, the marina district wedged between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. Sobha describes it as its first project at Dubai Harbour, and builds it with its own in-house teams - the model the company calls backward integration.
Eighty homes are on sale across the three towers as of 14 September 2026, from one-bedroom residences to full-floor penthouses. Sizes run from about 1,189 to 24,399 sq ft. There is no two-bedroom stock at this reading.
The precinct is a drive rather than a walk from the rest of the city: Dubai Marina about 7 minutes by car, the nearest metro about 13. The towers are off-plan and handover differs between them, so the date that counts is the one written into your SPA - we send the current schedule together with the shortlist.

The precinct sits at the gap between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. The RTA is completing a 1,500 m bridge from Sheikh Zayed Road straight into Dubai Harbour; by the authority's own figures it is designed for 6,000 vehicles an hour and to cut that approach from 12 minutes to 3 (RTA, June 2026). Dubai Marina is about 7 minutes by car, Dubai Marina Mall about 10, DXB airport 25-35 depending on traffic. The nearest metro stations are a 13-minute drive - including the one that carries Sobha's name, which stands out on Sheikh Zayed Road and not here.
37 one-bedroom apartments; four three-bedroom; 30 four-bedroom; nine five- and six-bedroom penthouses and duplexes. Floor areas run from about 1,189 sq ft to 24,399. Two-bedroom homes are not available at this reading. Stock and prices from our database, 14 September 2026.
Sobha markets an upper tier it calls Sky Edition, on floors 49 to 59 of one of the towers: three homes per floor, a separate lobby with its own lifts, and what the developer describes as 270-degree views over the harbour, the Palm and the Marina skyline. This is Sobha's own description of the tier, not an independent measurement.
Sobha builds the shell with its own teams instead of subcontracting it, the model it calls backward integration. The towers are off-plan and still under construction, and the schedule differs between them. We do not print a handover month in an advertisement - you get the current date per tower with the shortlist, and the binding one is in the SPA.
