Solis and Orbis in Motor City
Sobha Solis and Sobha Orbis are two off-plan Sobha Realty projects on the Autodrome edge of Dubai Motor City: four towers at Solis, arranged around a shared podium reserved for residents, and seven towers at Orbis. Sobha builds with its own in-house construction arm - design, engineering and contracting under one roof, as the developer describes it.
The entry price in the header is the lowest-priced one-bedroom apartment on our list, and only three units sit close to it. Most one-bedrooms start above AED 2M and two-bedrooms from AED 2.02M, so read that figure as the floor of the range, not the price of a typical home.
Both projects are already trading: DLD-registered resale and assignment deals were recorded at Solis and Orbis through August 2026, so these are part-sold buildings rather than paper launches. Stock and prices on this page come from our own database, cut 14 September 2026.

What you are buying into
Three main roads, no metro station
Solis and Orbis sit on the Autodrome side of Motor City with direct access to Al Qudra Road, Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). There is no metro station in Motor City, and neither the Blue Line, opening 2029, nor the Gold Line, opening 2032, lists one on its published route. Plan for a car: published drive-time estimates run 20-27 minutes to Downtown Dubai and 16-22 minutes to Dubai Marina.
A British school inside the community
GEMS Metropole School Motor City is on-site, British curriculum from FS1 to Year 13, rated Good by KHDA in the 2023-24 inspection cycle and awarded an Outstanding British Schools Overseas accreditation in April 2025. Victory Heights Primary, rated Outstanding, is a short drive away on its Dubai Sports City campus, not inside Motor City. KHDA paused inspections through 2025-26, so the Metropole rating has not been refreshed since 2024.
One, two and three bedrooms - mostly two
Two-bedroom apartments are the body of what is on sale: 181 of the units on our list, against 50 one-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom. Three-bedroom homes are at Solis only; Orbis floor plans stop at two bedrooms. Sizes differ between towers under the same bedroom label, so compare the floor plan rather than the name.
A racing circuit as a neighbour
Dubai Autodrome has been running inside Motor City since October 2004, and Sobha sells the view of it - Solis has an indoor racetrack viewing deck on its podium. The same proximity brings noise, loudest during the 24-hour endurance race each January, and sources disagree on how much track activity runs the rest of the year. Sobha's Tower C material names an external acoustic specialist brought in to soften ambient sound.
