Wedyan – The Canal

Wedyan – The Canal is a luxury project by the developer Al Ghurair Collection, located on the waterfront of Dubai Canal in Business Bay. The building includes three basement levels, a ground floor, two amenities floors, thirty-six residential floors, as well as dedicated amenities floors on the seventeenth and thirty-sixth levels. The architecture is inspired by the landscapes of the Middle East — the lines of the façade echo the forms of sand dunes, mountain ridges, and hidden valleys.

The project features a limited collection of residences with three, four, and five bedrooms, as well as penthouses and sky villas. The interiors are designed in a natural palette and focus on the balance of light, space, and textures. Residents have access to a fitness center, swimming pools and gaming areas, a private cinema and lounges.
