Hado by Beyond

Hado by Beyond is an architectural ensemble in the heart of Siora on Dubai Islands, consisting of three graceful towers, built in quiet harmony and oriented toward the water. The project's architecture is restrained, precise, and vibrant, expressing a balance between form, nature, and humanity. Each tower comprises a basement, a ground floor, and 21 residential levels.

The collection of residences includes 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, 3- and 4-bedroom duplexes, and stand-alone 4-bedroom simplex residences. The layouts are designed to maximize space and light, with ceilings up to 3.2 meters high and panoramic glazing. The interiors are designed in the philosophy of Japanese minimalism, using natural stone, wood, soft textures, and diffused light to create a sense of quiet luxury.
