Arthouse Residences

Arthouse Residences Al Marjan is a premium branded residential complex by Clédor, presented by One Broker Group and located on Al Marjan Island. Inspired by the legendary Arthouse Hotel New York City, the project combines distinctive architecture, a resort atmosphere and thoughtfully designed living spaces. The building comprises a basement level, a ground level, a podium level and nine residential floors.

The development offers studios, one-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom residences with a study, as well as duplex residences. The architecture features flowing light-toned facades, expansive glazing and spacious terraces. Interiors are designed in a light colour palette with natural textures and carefully selected materials. Floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and fully equipped kitchens enhance the sense of space and comfort.
