Elemental 78

Elemental 78 is a residential development by Elemental Developments, developed in collaboration with Al Barari and located in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai. The building features contemporary architecture. The project comprises a ground floor, two podium levels, eight residential floors, and a rooftop with leisure areas. The development offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a single three-bedroom residence.

The concept of Elemental 78 is inspired by platinum — the 78th element of the periodic table. Its qualities are reflected in clean architectural lines, understated aesthetics, and carefully selected materials. The interiors feature a soft neutral palette complemented by natural textures and warm tones. Functional layouts, large windows, and seamless transitions between spaces create bright and comfortable living environments.
