Silva

Silva is a project by Emaar Properties located in the Green Gate area of Dubai Creek Harbour. The complex comprises a basement level, a ground level, two podium floors with three-bedroom townhouses, 47 residential floors featuring 1–3 bedroom apartments, and a rooftop. The building’s architecture reflects a desire for harmony with nature: the facades are designed in a contemporary style with bold lines and panoramic terraces overlooking the waterfront.

The living spaces are thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and elegance. Interiors are finished in a calm, nature-inspired palette, with an emphasis on bright and open areas. Natural materials are used throughout the design.
