HQ by Rove is an innovative office complex developed by IRTH Development under the Rove hospitality brand, situated in the prestigious Marasi Bay Marina district of Business Bay. The building comprises five underground parking levels, a ground floor, four podium levels, 26 office floors featuring amenities including unique loft-style units on the upper levels, and a rooftop.

The complex offers modular office spaces, fully furnished and equipped in Rove’s signature style.
