Jacob & Co Residences by Mantra

Jacob & Co Residences by Mantra is a project by Mantra Properties, located on Al Marjan Island in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The building includes two basement levels, a ground floor, seven residential floors and a roof. Curved glass facades and flowing terraces create a sense of movement, reflecting the aesthetics of Jacob & Co timepieces and the fluidity of the coastline.

The complex features studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments, fully designed with interior concepts and furnished by Jacob Arabo. The spaces are created in an exclusive concept where every detail is carefully considered.
