The Palm Tower

The Palm Tower is a multifunctional hotel and residential complex from Nakheel Properties. The building is located next to Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah Island.

The first 18 floors of the building are reserved for the 5-star The St. Regis Dubai Hotel. The remaining floors are residences, including studios and apartments with one, two and three bedrooms. The apartments are decorated in a modern style, each residence has a staff room and a private balcony. The property is offered with a full set of furniture and household appliances.
