Nura

Nura is a residential development by RAK Properties, located in Downtown Mina, Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah. As the first residential address of the island’s new urban center, the project reflects Mina’s evolution into a modern waterfront destination with boulevards, boutiques, and landscaped pedestrian routes, blending urban energy with island-style living.

The complex consists of two buildings. The first includes a ground level, two podium levels, and six residential floors, while the second features a ground level, two podium levels, and nineteen residential floors. The architecture is defined by light, expressive forms and balanced proportions, with residences overlooking the park, the sea, or the city skyline.
