Seven Palm

Seven Palm is a complex with premium class apartments and a 5-star hotel, from the developer Seven Tides International, located on the artificial island of Palm Jumeirah. The project comprises two buildings — the South and North Residences — a suspended bridge with a terrace and swimming pool, as well as surrounding green park areas. The buildings include two basement floors, a ground floor, a mezzanine and 14 residential floors.
