Playa Viva

Playa Viva is a premium residential complex by Uniestate Properties located in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The exterior features clean lines, panoramic glazing and natural materials. The thoughtful design of the facades allows most apartments to enjoy scenic ocean views. The building consists of three T-shaped residential towers interconnected by a common ground floor and a two-level podium with parking spaces.
