Avarra by Palace

Avarra by Palace is a premium project by Emaar Properties in Business Bay, created in collaboration with the Palace Hotels + Resorts brand. The complex includes two basement levels, a ground level, eleven podium floors, sixty-four residential floors, and a roof. The project offers apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as an exclusive six-bedroom penthouse.
