Azra Residence

Azra Residence is a contemporary project by Enaam, located in the Dubailand area. The building comprises a basement level, a ground floor, thirteen residential floors, and a rooftop.

The project features modern architecture defined by clean vertical lines and well-balanced proportions. The façades are finished in a light, neutral palette with panoramic glazing and rhythmically arranged balconies, giving the building a refined appearance.
