AL GHURAIR NEW LAUNCH

A low-density residential development by Al Ghurair Development, located in Dubai South. The building comprises a ground floor and four residential floors and includes only 80 residences. Its architectural concept combines the privacy and openness associated with townhouse living with the convenience of an apartment development. The building is divided into smaller sections with open spaces in between, allowing more natural light and airflow while enhancing privacy between residences. The project marks the first development in the UAE designed by architecture studio Aires Mateus.

Residents will have access to indoor and outdoor gyms, a yoga studio, residents’ lounge, co-working space, picnic area, kids’ play zones, a water splash pad, outdoor cinema, and rooftop pool.
