Sei Saadiyat

Sei Saadiyat is a residential development by Aldar in Saadiyat Cultural District, Abu Dhabi.

The project comprises six towers and 778 residences. Designed by Jacobs, the architecture combines stepped volumes, landscaped courtyards, elevated gardens, and an interplay of light and shadow across the façades. The project offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom Kanso Residences, and two-bedroom Kanso Lofts. The interiors by Kettle Collective are defined by simple forms, balanced proportions, and a combination of stone, wood, metal, and woven textures. The apartments feature a light colour scheme, while the Kanso Lofts are presented in a dark scheme.
