Grand Bleu Tower

Grand Bleu Tower is a luxury residential development by Emaar Properties, located in the prestigious waterfront community of Emaar Beachfront and created in collaboration with the world-renowned designer Elie Saab. The complex comprises two towers, each featuring a ground floor, a mezzanine level, six podium levels, and 45 and 26 residential floors respectively.
